A moist and healthy banana bread made without butter, using oil or yogurt for a lighter texture.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup oil (coconut, olive, or vegetable) or ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups whole wheat or all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix Wet Ingredients – Mash bananas and mix with eggs, sweetener, oil/yogurt, and vanilla.
- Combine Dry Ingredients – Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, then fold into the wet mixture.
- Bake & Serve – Pour into pan, bake for 50-55 min, cool, slice, and enjoy!

- Use overripe bananas for natural sweetness.
